Most of the PPC user, uses Yahoo answers diplomatically to advertise their blogs and increase traffic ?? Do anyone prefer this method ??

Not really. But I have seen people driving good traffic via this method. Indirectly it works as developing backlinks.

I get some quality traffic from yahoo answer as one of my niche is related to helping other in finding their solution. So, yahoo answers works well for me.

Yeah yahoo answers gives me some good traffic but not that much. But again it is a quality traffic, only interested user comes via there so it is okay for me.
