Default DBMS_STATS and privileges
I'm trying to run DBMS_STATS.GATHER_SCHEMA_ STATS from within a stored procedure.

The user running it has DBA role, but I know that "sometimes" or all the time, privileges through a role doesn't work with stored procedures.

I've already granted analyze any and execute on sys.dbms_stats directly to the user
