One of my competitors publishes an RSS feed from his site with his car inventory on it. What good is this?
I have a blog at a subdomain of my dealership with an RSS feed, but this is comprised of articles and not car listings? Do you think people would pick up the car feed and put it on their site? |

It might prove useful if there are a lot of community sites that would be willing to use your RSS feed to help promote your inventory. Perhaps that competitor has made such arrangements with other sites and benefits from it like that.

I think it's a good idea to have an RSS feed of current car inventory, at a glance you can see what's available. If you gave other website owners an incentive to put your feed on their site I'm sure they would.
