Default Incorporation in the US for non-resident

If I am a non-resident of the US, what is the best service that I can use to incorporate and get a bank account in the US? Also, should I get an EIN? What are the benefits of getting an EIN? Secondly, I will probably need to send out checks. Anyone know a web service that lets me do that, or a law firm?
