How to add Automatic Messages:

Go to your Admin CP --> Forum Control --> Topic Multi-Moderation

Click on Add New and it takes you to a different screen. Below are the instructions on what to do once you get to the different screen.

Add a new topic multi-moderation

Title for this Multi-Moderation Suite?: Pick a suitable title depending on the forum you are putting it in.

Active in Forums...: What forums the multi-mod will be in. You can pick more than one by holding down the CTRL key.

Moderation Options

Add to START of topic title?: What you want to add at the start of the topic you are using the multi-mod in. (Example: [S]Help?)

Add to END of topic title?: What you want to add at the start of the topic you are using the multi-mod in. (Example: Help?[F])

Alter topic state?: This will determine whether you want to close, open, or just leave the topic after applying the multi-mod.

Alter pinned state?: This will determine whether you want to pin, unpin, or just leave the topic after applying the multi-mod.

Move topic?: This will determine whether you want to move, or just leave the topic after applying the multi-mod. Checking the checkbox will leave a link to the original topic.

Post Options

Add reply to the topic?: This will determine whether a reply is made, you can use HTML tags. Checking the checkbox will increase the members post count.

After you are done click Add New Multi-Moderation.
