I'll probably be the only one to add "Bachelor Party" to this list. I'm also usually alone in thinking Tom Hank's career has gone steadily downhill since "Bachelor Party". "The Ladykillers" is an exception.

My all time favorite would have to be Wedding Crashers. I just love Vince Vaughn! Then Borat, Superbad, and Napoleon Dynamite.

I am not a fan of the comedy genre but Borat is definitely quite hilarious, although some people dont get this type of humor.
