Looking for directory submission on 70 +/- sites

OK, Ive seen all of your ads here for directory submission here and have used one or two of you for one shot deals BUT

Now I need a quote on submitting approximately 70 sites (no more, may be a few less)

I don’t want ANY blog spam or total BS submissions, I would really prefer at least half the directories to be Page Ranking 2 - 4

Im looking for about 50 - 100 directories each site and yes I want an accounting of who they get submitted to (Ill set up an email add for you to use)
