Do I use MY WEBSITE'S email when submitting to Dmoz?

I am almost done with the submission, just don’t know weather to use a yahoo email or my sites official email.

When I submit places I usually use my website's email. I think it looks more professional but am not really sure it it matters any.

Yep, you'd use your website's email instead of the free hosting email accounts, as the site admin will evaluate based on your sincerity and dedication to the sites that you've submitted...
