This is one nice trick which i have been using myself for quiet a long time. I would like to add this trick also helps you find out the spamming websites. For eg. You entered e-mail mymail+submission@gmail.com and you start getting spam on that e-mail, then the probability is that the website you entered e-mail is a spamming website.
